Is the quote actually flat?
Yes. We price the whole load upfront and confirm it on-site before we start. The only thing that changes the number is if there's noticeably more there than described — and we'll tell you before we touch anything, not after.
Do I need to be home?
Not if the rubbish is accessible from outside — a driveway, kerb, front yard or unlocked garage. Just let us know where it is when you book and we'll send a photo once it's done.
How fast can you come?
Message before 5pm and there's a good chance we can clear it tomorrow for a $45 next-day fee. Quotes go out the same day you ask.
What can't you take?
Asbestos, paint, chemicals, gas bottles and anything hazardous. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight away rather than turning up and declining the job.
Do you do the lifting?
Always. You don't need to move anything to the kerb or bag it up. Point at it and we'll take it from there.
